Upon Arrival: Upon delivery, customers are required to promptly transfer all frozen products
to the freezer and chilled products to the refrigerator.
Packaging: We are committed to sustainability and use eco-friendly materials for packaging
our frozen and chilled products. Our unique packaging methods ensure the delivery of high–
quality frozen and fresh items, maintaining proper temperature control during transit.
Please note that our specialist packaging for frozen products is not currently vegan-friendly. If
you have vegan packaging preferences, kindly inform us when placing your order so we can
accommodate your needs.
Duration of Frozen Packaging: Our frozen packaging is designed to preserve product quality
for approximately 24 hours from the dispatch date. After this period, Food For Foodies
cannot guarantee the product quality.
Delivery Schedule:
∙Frozen products are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays.
∙Chilled products are dispatched from Monday to Thursday.
∙Orders placed for frozen and chilled items between Thursday (after 1pm) and Sunday
will be dispatched on the following Monday.
We retain the right to temporarily hold orders if there are potential issues that might lead to
delays in delivering perishable items.
Delivery Area: Our frozen and fresh deliveries are exclusively available in the UK Mainland
due to courier service limitations.
Delivery Restrictions :
∙Frozen items cannot be shipped to areas beyond the mainland United Kingdom,
including Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly,
and other EU countries.
∙Customers with limited access to their delivery address are advised against ordering
fresh and frozen items.
∙Customers must ensure their availability to sign for the frozen/chilled parcel; failure
to do so or order rejection will not be eligible for a refund.
Defrosted/Damaged Items: Our specialized frozen packaging maintains frozen goods’
temperature for up to 24 hours. Upon receipt, frozen items may exhibit slight surface
defrosting, while maintaining overall suitability. Complete defrosting or damage is highly
unlikely.
∙Food By Box is not liable if customers reschedule delivery, leading to
defrosting/damage of frozen/chilled products.
∙Any issues related to frozen/chilled items must be reported within 2 hours of parcel
receipt.
∙Failed deliveries must be reported within 1 hour of the designated delivery time slot
provided by the courier.
Please contact us if you need your order delivered over the weekend as additional weekend
deliveries charges will apply £15 per Items.
