Uncle Tony French Brioche Maxi Rolls are the big-format French brioche for jumbo dogs, Philly cheesesteaks and loaded subs. Each 85g roll is 8.5 inches long, baked in France with butter and egg, with a soft golden crumb strong enough to carry a heavy fill without splitting or going soggy. Supplied ambient with a 60-day shelf life — no freezer space, no thaw time, no defrost waste. Case of 14 trays × 4 rolls = 56 rolls (340g per tray). Contains wheat, rye, egg and milk. May contain sesame.
